Reflexión 2026-03-20 AuroraTech III

La mejor manera de conseguir recursos financieros para cumplir tus sueños es conseguir clientes que paguen por tus productos o servicios. La mejor manera no es prestar dinero. Eso no significa que debemos ver a todo el mundo como clientes. Debemos desarrollar relaciones sanas con los demás, amistades. Las personas necesitamos relacionarnos con otras personas. Crear comunidad. / The best way to obtain the financial resources to fulfill your dreams is to acquire customers who pay for your products or services. The best way is not to lend money. That doesn't mean we should see everyone as a customer. We should develop healthy relationships with others, friendships. People need to connect with other people. To create community.

Entender esto es parte del cambio de mentalidad de empleado a Emprendedor. Empecé a cambiar mi mentalidad de empleado a Emprendedor. No podía vivir quejándome de las oportunidades que no me fueron dadas durante mi retiro. Tenía que ver las grandes oportunidades que tenía delante de mí y las puertas abiertas que tenía en la academia. / Understanding this is part of the shift in mindset from employee to entrepreneur. I began to change my mindset from employee to entrepreneur. I couldn't live complaining about the opportunities I wasn't given during my retirement. I had to see the great opportunities in front of me and the open doors I had in academia.

Otro punto fundamental para tener confianza, seguridad en la vida es entender que gracias a Jesús tenemos acceso a nuestro Padre celestial. Has sido rechazado? En Jesus desaparecen los miedos y temores. No hay más lugar para la inseguridad. / Another key to having confidence and security in life is understanding that through Jesus we have access to our Heavenly Father. Have you been rejected? In Jesus, fears and anxieties disappear. There is no more room for insecurity.

Dí mis primeros pasos como Empresario. Tengo temores, pero sobre todo tengo fé en Dios y Sus promesas. He descubierto que es ayudando a los otros, que realmente nos ayudamos a nosotros mismos. / I took my first steps as an entrepreneur. I have fears, but above all, I have faith in God and His promises. I have discovered that by helping others, we truly help ourselves.

Lancé mi primera campaña de CrowdFunding a finales de noviembre. No hubo resultados positivos. Celebré el Día de Acción de Gracias en soledad, debido a que mi hijo estaba compartiendo con su mamá. Le di gracias a Dios porque me ha mostrado la luz al final del túnel de las pruebas por las que he atravesado los últimos meses. Me ha mostrado cómo pagar las deudas que me han inundado hasta el punto de deber varios meses de renta. Oficialicé mi decisión de renunciar con mis jefes. Esta decisión ya la había comentado con ellos desde mediados de septiembre, pero ellos no habían realizado las acciones conducentes a aminorar el duro golpe que representaba mi dimisión para mi equipo de trabajo, tal vez esperando que yo lo pensara mejor. Todo comienza con un pensamiento. Por eso hay que pensar siempre POSITIVO. / I celebrated Thanksgiving alone, as my son was spending it with his mother. I thanked God for showing me the light at the end of the tunnel of trials I've faced these past few months. He has shown me how to pay off the debts that have overwhelmed me to the point of owing several months' rent. I officially informed my bosses of my decision to resign. I had already discussed this decision with them in mid-September, but they hadn't taken any steps to lessen the blow my resignation would represent for my team, perhaps hoping I would reconsider. Everything begins with a thought. That's why we must always think POSITIVELY.

A medida que se acercaba el 31 de diciembre 2016, fecha de mi desvinculación como funcionario debido a mi renuncia, mi ansiedad crecía. Esto es una pequeña muestra de que la confianza del ser humano está puesta en el dinero y las circunstancias, no en Dios. Yo tengo un plan claro y trazado con AuroraTech y las Universidades, me respalda mi Señor Jesús en cada paso que doy. Y aun asi tengo temores. Qué será del resto del mundo? Me di cuenta del motivo del temor irracional a la falta de dinero: Como empleado estaba acostumbrado a que mi proveedor fuera la empresa en la que trabajé durante 18 años. Esa empresa ya no está más ahí para suplir un salario. Ahora debe ser mi trabajo y satisfacer las necesidades de mis clientes, lo que debe suplir dicho ingreso. Nuestro proveedor es Dios, y El coloca como intermediarios a los clientes y las empresas para los que realizamos nuestro trabajo. Lo que pasa es que en muchos casos convertimos en dioses a las empresas, a los jefes, pensando que son ellos los proveedores, cuando en realidad son tan solo intermediarios. Gracias Dios por destruir esa creencia en mi vida, y la de tantas personas que aprenden que no son los hombres, sino Dios, quien da la provisión espiritual, física y material. / As December 31, 2016, the date of my resignation and termination of employment, approached, my anxiety grew. This is a small example of how human trust is placed in money and circumstances, not in God. I have a clear and well-defined plan with AuroraTech and the universities, and my Lord Jesus supports me every step of the way. And yet, I still have fears. What will become of the rest of the world? I realized the reason for this irrational fear of a lack of money: As an employee, I was accustomed to the company I worked for for 18 years being my provider. That company is no longer there to provide a salary. Now, my work and meeting the needs of my clients must provide that income. Our provider is God, and He places clients and the companies we work for as intermediaries. The problem is that in many cases, we deify companies and bosses, thinking they are the providers, when in reality they are merely intermediaries. Thank God for destroying that belief in my life, and in the lives of so many people who learn that it is not men, but God, who provides spiritual, physical, and material provision.
