No debemos temer (Isaias 41:10).   /   Although we have gone through critical times, I can say that God helps us and we are moving forward despite the difficulties. We must not fear (Isaiah 41:10).

  The difficulties I'm going through have a purpose: to teach me that being an entrepreneur isn't easy, so I can show it to others (2 Corinthians 1:3-4), and yet, YOU MUST BE AN ENTREPRENEUR. Every part of me tells me that entrepreneurship is a fundamental part of the solution to many of the problems we face in the 21st century: unemployment, poverty, lack of culture, lack of a mindset to make this world a better place, etc.

 Psalm 27:14 says that our hope should be in the Lord. We must be courageous.

Si quieres progresar económicamente necesariamente debes volverte Emprendedor. /   If you want to advance financially, you must become an entrepreneur. It's the way to build assets. Employees don't know how to build assets, only debt. Employees depend on a fixed salary, which they usually spend entirely. Typically, the biggest savings they make in their lives is their own home, which many people don't really consider an investment.

  Among the two tools we have to build a better world, Entrepreneurship and the word of God, are our Technological Entrepreneurship and Digital Entrepreneurship Promotion Programs.

  Now I realize the validity of Steve Jobs' advice: Stay hungry, stay foulish! God showed me how to use training, not only to share my knowledge but also to acquire more clients for AuroraTech, through the Automatic Process Control and Abnormal Situations Automation seminars that I started teaching in Colombia, and it's my dream to do so worldwide as well (by March 2019, we had also held Technological Entrepreneurship and Digital Entrepreneurship talks in Lima, Arequipa, and Bogotá). I gave my first seminar at the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga at the end of March 2017. I spoke about how to increase Process Safety through technologies such as Alarm Management, Fault Detection and Diagnosis, and Fault-Tolerant Control.

  In 2026 we redesigned our portfolio to begin closing our clients' regulatory compliance gaps, and in Colombia we are developing our PPAM Preparedness program: Is your organization (or your clients' organizations) truly ready to prevent a major accident?

  In the industrial sector, process safety is not an expense; it is the most critical investment for sustainability and business continuity. Properly implementing a Major Accident Prevention Program (PPAM) not only saves lives but also protects your company's reputation and most valuable assets.

  Many times in life we face crossroads, with the sea before us and the Egyptian army behind us. We must move forward, trusting in God (Exodus 14). 1 Corinthians 10:13 says that God provides a way out even with the trial. God showed me the light at the end of the tunnel of trials I have been going through. The seminars on Automatic Process Control and ABNORMAL SITUATIONS AUTOMATION are part of the answer.

  Now I understand that Romans 8:28 applies perfectly to my situation. Good things and bad things work together for good: If I hadn't been in such dire need, if even my closest friends hadn't turned their backs on me, if the sale of the apartments hadn't been delayed, if I weren't being pursued by millions in debt to banks and other people, perhaps I wouldn't have worked so hard to get ahead with AuroraTech, marketing our portfolio, and building partnerships in different parts of the world.

  2017 began for my son, his mother, and me, living in the apartment that has been our home since before my stroke. During this year, my son's mother and I healed many wounds that were open as a result of our separation and divorce. And although we haven't yet reconciled as a couple, she offered me her friendship and financial support during this difficult period of becoming an entrepreneur. She gave me wise advice: What tormented her during our 13 years of marriage was feeling that I didn't treat her as a wife because I was always attending to the needs of other families. According to her, that's worse than if I had had a mistress. I must learn not to interfere in the difficult situations my loved ones face. I can encourage them and offer words of support, but I should never take on the role of provider in their lives. The only true provider is God.

  I don't know if it's God's will for her and me to be happy together, or with other people, or alone. What I do know is that if we stay hand in hand with God, everything will be alright.

  I must keep my bearings clear, no matter how torrential the storm. My compass must always guide me, and I must not lose my way.

  Regarding my ex-wife, I must say I don't know what will happen. The current situation is the result of mutual mistakes we made. But I caused her a lot of harm by not giving her the proper attention when we were married. I don't know if her wounds can heal. What is certain is that at this moment I must put the brakes on the frantic race I've been on for several years, sharing the word of God with everyone, and I must pay more attention to my family. God is the one who does the work (Philippians 2:13). But I must not grow weary of sowing (Psalm 126:6).
